Open your presentation
Choose a PDF saved from PowerPoint for an exact copy of your slides, or open the .pptx itself for a quick version. Pictures of slides work too. Nothing is uploaded: the file stays on this computer.
To make a PDF in PowerPoint: File → Save As → PDF (or Export → PDF on a Mac). A link from PowerPoint Online (File → Share → Embed) or Google Slides keeps your animations, and you move through it with its own arrows.

Ctrl + ZUndo the last line you drew

Drag the bar between the two sides to change their sizes. In the small-window layout, drag the window by its top edge, and pull any edge or corner to make it bigger or smaller. Writing on a slide stays with that slide as you move back and forth.

Your layout is remembered, and so is the last presentation you opened on this computer.
